Internet:

A worldwide system of interconnected computer networks. It uses the standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) to link billions of users across the planet. The Internet is a network of networks that connect public, government, private, school, business and other networks. The Internet carries a huge amount of information and services including the World Wide Web (www) and supports email (electronic mail).
