That is very interesting! smile  I wonder how that would happen?  Maybe there was a fierce storm, that included lightning and rain.  Probably the sun was near the storm.  So lightning struck, and the sunlight passed through the water, and the rainbow formed. Clearly, this is the explanation behind this fascinating picture.
