Has the “Ring of Fire” been undergoing an abnormal level of activity in the past couple of years?  We now seem to be hearing common reports like the New Zealand quakes, the Japanese quakes and the subsequently devastating tsunami, South-East Asian quakes, Iceland and South American quakes.  Is this an unusually high level of activity or just something our mega-media machines are churning out more information on?  Keen to know from someone in the know!
