Hi my name is Pamela. I read your book called The Moon and posts about The Moon. I have a question. Can an astronaut see any other planets while they are standing on the moon? My name is Pamela from Crockett.
Hi Pamela. Astronauts have much better viewing of stars and planets on the moon than they do on Earth. That’s because the moon has no atmosphere to obscure the view. So yes, astronauts can definitely see the the planets.
