My awesome science word is Hail. Hail is frozen raindrops. They look like ice pellets. Hail forms in thunderclouds. That is where the Hail is frozen. They grow as the wind tosses them around.
I think this word is awesome because Hail comes from a Greek word that means pebble.
Hail falls down in some different types of storms.

My definition: The lava from the volcano is magma from the middle of the Earth.
I think a volcano is awesome because no one can destroy it.
And one more thing about a volcano is that the lava was magma before it was lava.

My awesome science word is lava. The definition of my word is the molten rock that flows through volcanos and the cracks in the earths surface is lava. The rock is formed by the molten material when it hardens. I think my word is awesome because lava blows up inside a volcano.

Definition: A star over millions of years gets so big it destroys itself and turns into a black hole!
I think it is awesome because it can suck tons and tons of planets and stars at a time but it can even suck up a galaxy!!

Definition: It’s when your heart stops beating and your brain does not cooperate correctly. I think it is awesome because your heart actually stops and does not work any more and you cant remember anything you said in the past. If a bunch of animals trampled you it would be a horrible death.
