The three most common types of clouds are Cumulus, Cirrus, and Stratus clouds. Cumulus clouds are puffy. They are low in the sky and it can bring rain, sometimes. Cirrus clouds are high in the sky. Cirrus clouds are white and they look like feathers. Stratus clouds are usually gray and low in the sky. Fog is a stratus cloud at ground level. Stratus clouds can bring in snow or rain. On a fair weather day you would most likely see a cumulus cloud. All the clouds are different and they bring in different types of weather.

The three types of clouds are Cirrus, Cumulus, and Stratus. The Cirrus cloud looks like smooth calm waves in the sky. The Cumulus cloud looks like a big puffy marshmallow. The Stratus cloud looks like gray fog.
Cirrus clouds can indicate that fair weather is coming… this is most likely a cumulonimbus cloud. (:

The three most common types of clouds are cirrus clouds, stratus clouds, and cumulus clouds.  Cirrus clouds are curled.  Stratus clouds are flat and are in some layers.  Cumulus clouds are puffy.  THe type of cloud you would see on a fair weathered day is the cumulus cloud.  They are formed when water vapor goes through deposition.  This process makes cumulus clouds.

Cumulus, cirrus, and cumulonimbus clouds are all common, but cumulus clouds are most common on a fair weather day. cumulus clouds are small clouds with flat bottoms and lumpy tops. Cirrus clouds are long, thin streaks of clouds high in the sky. Cumulonimbus clouds are large tall clouds shaped like columns.

There are three types of clouds. They are the Cumulus, Cirrus, and Stratus. The Cirrus clouds are the highest in the air, at 18,000 feet. They look like whisps of sand that are colored white. The Stratus clouds are thin and sometimes layered. Lastly, Cumulus clouds are puffy and seem very light. The type of cloud that would appear on a fair weather day, would be a Cumulus cloud.

Cirrus Clouds are feather-like clouds that are bright with wispy edges. Although all these clouds are very common Cumulus Clouds are the most common type of clouds you would see on a fair weather day. Clouds are a large group of very tiny drops. They sre so small and so light they can float in the air.
Water vapor gets in the air when water evaporates. As warm air rises, it carries the water vapor with it. When the air cools the water becomes tiny drops of water. These drops are so small they stay in the air. A cloud is made from these small drops.
Clouds are white because they reflect light of the sun. The light is the color of a rainbow and when you add them all together you get white.
Clouds are made up of tiny water drops or ice crystals, usally a mixture of both.
The three kinds of clouds are cirrus clouds, stratus clouds and cumulus clouds.
You are most likley to see a cumulus cloud on a fair weather day.

The three most common types of clouds are the cumulus, stratus and cirrus. Cumulus clouds look like cotton balls and are puppy white, they develop vertically and form below 6,000 ft. Stratus clouds are in layers, they are the fog you see in the morning because they form closer to the ground. Cirrus clouds look like feathers and are made of ice crystals, they form above 18,000 ft.
You would most likely see a cumulus cloud on a fair weather day because it forms below 6,000 ft and is easily seen. Also it does not form high enough to cause snow fall.

cumulus: Precipitation clouds, that look like pieces of floating cotton. Lightning, thunder, and and tornadoes are associated with this cloud.

cirrus: Thin, wispy clouds that are blown in streamers by high winds.

altostratus:Grayish clouds made of ice and water droplets. They often form before storms.

the cloud that is most likely to appear on a fair weather day would be a cirrus cloud. They are thin wispy clouds, that generally appear on fair weather days.
